We offer floorplans in 2D and 3D. 2D is for construction, but the 3D is for our clients ensure they LOVE the design BEFORE they build or remodel. Cost depends on size and complexity of project. Ranging from $1,500-$3,300.
Finish Selections
This is the fun part- Choosing your finishes!
We have 3 Levels.
1. Fill in the blank Specification book.- DIY style
2. Custom Specification book- DIY style
3. Custom Specification book + Designer
Design Management
Here is the nuts and bolts of how your project works. This manual helps you organize the project timeline. It gives you documents to keep you on budget and have a more successful and less stressful project!
We have 2 Levels

2. Project Manual + Designer
Designer for the Day
You can rent your own designer for a day (3 Hrs). We can work together on your space with a paint or fabric constulation, furniture shopping, furniture layout, accessorizing your home, finish generalization selections, and "pick my brain."
